After having a horrible experience at Cinderella's Dresses at the Florida Mall, we didnt think we'd ever find a decent place for my daughters prom dress. We decided to give So Sweet Boutique a shot after reading some of their reviews. This was the BEST decision ever! The level of customer service far exceeded my expectations. Not only did So Sweet Boutique have hundreds of unique dresses to choose from, but they register the dress purchased so that no one else from the same school will have the same dress!! How amazing is that?!? They are true to their name by being an actual Boutique. The team there are amazing. They are patient, helpful and make the overall experience simply wonderful. Shopping with my daughter for her special day and having that core memory is something that meant the world to me (hopefully to her too!). What initially began as a frustrating experience at the other store, quickly turned around. I'm genuinely gratefully to the staff for helping in making this a joyous occasion for me and my daughter.
